What is the Book Project?

Ok, so first off, let me clarify something: I am a total nerd with no shame about it-band geek, honor student, lack of a personal life outside of fellow nerds-yep, that's me (and I enjoy it). And I love to read. Always have. But this past summer I immersed myself in trashy chick-lit book, which, while satisfying, pretty much rotted my brain. So I decided to go on a mission to get my nerd reading mojo back: read as many books as possible from the list of 100 Best Novels that I found here. I'm going to read them in some semblance of order, but maybe skip the really hard ones for the time being. And then I want to record it, for myself if not for anyone else (I don't know who would want to follow this nerd mission). So I'm going to post what I read and what I think of it. Keep some records. And do something semi-productive with my time. So, having said all that, let the nerdiness commence!
